Important information before you book- please read the below.
Please find below the links to booking forms for the various camps.
You can select a number of different options at once for each camp, after doing so you will be taken to our medical form which will need to be filled out and then asked to pay for the days you have selected. Payment can be made via Visa and Mastercard.
If you wish to pay via Childcare Vouchers then please select the 'Childcare Voucher Payments' option below. The tickets on the following page will then display the price of each option you are choosing but you will not be charged for the transaction. Please make payment via your voucher scheme prior to camp. Anyone who chooses this option but wishes to pay cash or cheque will have their booking cancelled and asked to re-book via the appropriate option. Cash and cheque payments will no longer be accepted.
The registration form will have American date format so will be Month, Date then Year. It will not let you continue with the booking if the date is not valid so please make sure it is written in the correct format.
After booking you will be emailed a ticket for your booked days- this must come with you to the camp as it will be how the coaches sign you in. If you do not book via our online booking form or cannot show us your ticket for the booked day, your child will be unable to attend camp.
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of when you make the booking, after this time the booking is non-refundable. Please email if you wish to cancel your child's place and receive a refund.
